Raising the bar in its customer service offering, Jaguar Land Rover Bahrain recently launched Service@Home by Jaguar Land Rover Bahrain, a first-of-its-kind offering in the Kingdom aimed to offer a never seen before and unparalleled level of customer service and optimize customer satisfaction. 

Service@Home by Jaguar Land Rover Bahrain allows customers owning a Jaguar or Land Rover, regardless of the model or the purchase year, to have their vehicle checked and serviced right at their homes, offices or a place of their convenience. With a simple and standard procedure in place to make bookings and payments, Euro Motors Jaguar Land Rover has made servicing its customers’ vehicles as easy as possible for the owners. From the first call up until the completion of the service, customers will interact with and be tended to by trained specialists who will do everything needed to make the entire experience seamless. 

Through this pioneering initiative, customers can opt for either an oil & oil filter service or an oil, oil filter, pollen filter and air filter service. The charges for the available services are nominally priced and vary based on the model of the vehicle. Additionally, customers are offered complimentary electronic vehicle health check and outstanding warranty actions that can take up to 30 minutes as well.

From here onwards, our customers would not need to alter their day-to-day schedule to accommodate a service visit, rather they can make a simple booking over the phone, pay online or by cash and have their vehicle serviced right at their home or office. We are also glad to introduce this service during the peak summer season since it would remove the need for our customers to leave the comforts of the indoors specifically to service their vehicles. We have allocated a dedicated vehicle for Service@Home by Jaguar Land Rover Bahrain, one that is fitted with all the required tools and equipment to enable our trained technicians to carry out the tasks in a timely and professional manner.
